New Hampshire Lobby

This project involved transforming a former movie theater at
Pease Air Force Base into a modern, multi-tenant office building. I calculated rentable vs. usable square footage, developed marketing boards, and created multiple schematic designs for the lobby. The design included material selections, decorative LED lighting, finish documentation, and 3D renderings, all aimed at creating an appealing, functional, and welcoming entry for prospective tenants.
